Good questions.

What kind of teams use Timmy?

Production companies, studios, agencies, and brands managing creative work from pitch to delivery. If your team is running budgets, schedules, and multiple projects at once, Timmy was built for how you work.

How does onboarding work?

We walk every new studio through setup personally, making sure your team is configured, connected, and comfortable before you're on your own. Most studios are up and running within a week.

What does Timmy replace?

For most teams, Timmy replaces the bid spreadsheet, scheduling tool, time tracking, actuals tracker, and manual wrap reports. Instead of managing 3-5 separate tools and keeping everything in sync yourself, Timmy brings the workflow and the data behind it into one connected system.

How long does it take to see the results?

Most teams feel the difference within the first few productions. The recurring feedback is that people spend less time chasing information, fewer manual handoffs and a clearer view of what’s happening. Across a 20-person team, saving just ten minutes per person per day can cover Timmy’s cost in a quarter.

Does Timmy integrate with our existing tools?

Yes. Timmy connects with Google Workspace, Slack, Frame.io, QuickBooks, Dropbox, Copper CRM, Rippling, Ramp, Accountability, and Wrapbook. The idea is simple: keep the tools your team already uses and let Timmy bring the data together.

Does Timmy integrate with our existing tools?

Timmy’s standard integrations are included in your plan, with no separate add-on or connector fees. If your team needs a custom integration, we’ll scope that separately with you.

What if we use a tool Timmy doesn't officially integrate with?

Tell us what you’re using. We’ll look at how it fits into your workflow and recommend the best way to connect it with Timmy. If a custom integration is needed, we’ll walk through the options with you.

How is pricing structured?

Power Users are $75 per user per month and are designed for the Producers, EPs, Operations, Project Management, Managing Director, Finance Manager, and Coordinators running the work. The Artist Pass is $20 per user per month for people who need time tracking, tasks and project visibility without full production access. There’s a one-time $500 studio setup fee, plus a $5 Daily Pass for people who only need Timmy when they’re on a job.

What's the difference between a Power User and an Artist User?

Power Users run the work, with full access to budgeting, scheduling, resourcing, actuals, forecasting, and reporting. Artist Passes are for project team members who need to manage tasks, track time, access project information, and stay connected without the full production view.

Is the Studio Fee a recurring charge?

No. Studio Setup is a one-time $500 fee that covers onboarding and configuring Timmy for the way your studio works. Ongoing costs are based on Power Users, Artist Pass, and Daily Passes.

What if our production volume fluctuates month to month?

Timmy is designed so you pay for what you need. Set the core team you expect to use Timmy regularly and pay monthly based on logins. When things get hot, add limited-access team members for a day or two with $5 Daily Passes.
